I am a research scientist with Droplet Measurement
Technologies (DMT) in Boulder,
Colorado. I am currently working with atmospheric black carbon
data obtained with DMT's Single Particle Soot Photometer (SP2) during
research flights over Mexico City (MIRAGE) and Seattle
(INTEX-B), and in clouds over Wyoming and Colorado (ICE-L).
Till December 2006, I was a post-doctoral research associate
in the Department of Civil and
Environmental
Engineering at the University of
Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. I worked with Tami Bond.
One of my research topics was a part of the Bangkok DIESEL
project.
I graduated with a PhD from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Allen Robinson advised my PhD. A brief introduction to my doctoral research with a list of related conference talks is here.
Peruse my vita (you will need Adobe Reader). This also has a list of my journal publications and selected conference presentations.©
